A Lovely Year of Finishes - March Goal

I just know March is going to fly by... there's Spring Break, a business trip for hubby, the Kindergarten Rodeo field trip, a book signing I'm super-excited to attend, lots of crafty fun planned, and my birthday.

And with all of this going on my sewing to-do list is growing too.

  • Handmade Birthday Club: our group is celebrating 2 March birthdays, and we're both on the same day!
  • HMQG monthly swap: this month we are swapping handmade goodies that have a closure of some sort (buttons, zippers, etc.)
  • HMQG birthday swap: we celebrate birthdays with something handmade, a little bit of fabric, and some chocolate
  • Birthday gift for a friend

With a full to-do list I wasn't sure if I should pick a quilt for my A Lovely Year of Finishes goal this month.  But really, without the goal and end of month looming, I know I wouldn't get a quilt finished up... and I need all the motivation I can get to work through these old WIPs.

So with that said, this month I'm finally going to finish up this 1600 quilt I made ALMOST 4 YEARS AGO!!

About time, right?
