Sew Mama Sew is hosting May Giveaway Day on Wednesday May 27th. This is the first time I'm participating in a giveaway and I'm so excited... I've been giving lots of thought to what my giveaway will be. And you know what - I still haven't decided! Maybe a bag, maybe a pincushion, maybe something made from the stash of patterns I buy every year at the Quilt Show and then do nothing with... I guess we'll all have to stay tuned to see how inspiration strikes me.

Now for the details:
- The giveaway will be open from now until May 31st.
- To enter, post a comment here. And in support of Project 95 let me know your favorite independent fabric retailer... it can be a traditional brick-and-mortor shop, a web shop, an etsy seller... it doesn't matter. And post a link if you can - I love "window" shopping!!
Check out Sew Mama Sew tomorrow for a full list of participating blogs. Have fun!

I am a fan of www.virginiaquilter.com I can spend hours shopping on that site. They have quick shipping and I enjoyed the new baby related special :)
Toadstool from the Dis here.
My favorite fabric would be from my local heirloom shop, so I don't think that counts. I love Michale Miller, Moda, Fabric Finders, and Spechler Vogel to name a few. Fabric Finders is probably my favorite. I am sad that my local shop is going to stop carrying it too. I am loving all the fabric from wondermommy on etsy too. Haven't bought any yet though! Fabric obsession is going to be getting alot of my money one day soon too. I don't know if you are on there, but oh goodness... its bad.. lol
surfergirl602 from the Dis here. I'd have to say, and I know that it's silly, that my favorite fabric supplier has to be the US Army!! I love using old uniforms for projects like bags, clothes for my girls, or diaper bags. It's recycling at its best!!!
oops, hit send too soon. Whenever my hubby destroys a uniform, I get to tear it apart even more. It's fun!
A mystery giveaway - I like it!! I usually buy my fabric locally (The Fabric Garden in Madison, Maine), but I also like visiting FatQuarterQuilters online. They send out a newsletter each Saturday that keeps me posted on new fabric lines. It's web-window shopping for me!
Hugs,
Laurie
